Ingredients

  1. Check 1 cup plain yogurt (preferably Greek)
  2. Check 1/2 cucumber, halved, seeded, and thinly sliced
  3. Check 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
  4. Check 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine plain yogurt, cucumber, mint, kosher salt. Mix well.
