Ingredients

lemon, peeled, seeded, and roughly chopped

chopped fresh dill

extra-virgin olive oil

kosher salt

small cucumbers, chopped

Directions

  1. Cut away the peel and white pith of the lemon with a knife and roughly chop.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the lemon, dill, oil, salt, and cucumbers.
