slices whole-grain bread

4-ounce log fresh goat cheese, at room temperature

walnuts, chopped

Kirby cucumber, thinly sliced

bunch watercress, thick stems removed

Directions

  1. Spread 4 slices of the bread with the goat cheese.
  2. Top with the walnuts, cucumbers, watercress, and remaining 4 slices of bread.
