- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, sour cream, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add the broccoli slaw, scallions, and red onion and toss to combine.
