Ingredients

  1. Check 1 12-ounce bag broccoli slaw
  2. Check 3 scallions, thinly sliced
  3. Check 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  4. Check 1/2cup buttermilk
  5. Check 1/4cup sour cream
  6. Check 1tablespoon Dijon mustard
  7. Check 1/2teaspoon kosher salt
  8. Check 1/4teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, sour cream, mustard, salt, and pepper. 
  2. Add the broccoli slaw, scallions, and red onion and toss to combine.
