Crunchy Coleslaw With Buttermilk Dressing

12-ounce bag broccoli slaw

scallions, thinly sliced

red onion, thinly sliced

buttermilk
1/4
cup
sour cream

tablespoon
Dijon mustard

teaspoon
kosher salt

teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, sour cream, mustard, salt, and pepper. 
  2. Add the broccoli slaw, scallions, and red onion and toss to combine.
