Ingredients

  1. Check 1/3 cup Sriracha
  2. Check 1/4 cup honey
  3. Check 1/4 cup molasses
  4. Check 4 pounds chicken wings
  5. Check 2 tablespoons canola oil
  6. Check Kosher salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425° F.
  2. Combine the Sriracha, honey, and molasses in a large bowl; set aside.
  3. Toss the chicken wings, oil, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper on 2 large rimmed baking sheets.
  4. Bake, tossing once, until crispy and cooked through, 35 to 40 minutes.
  5. Toss the wings with the glaze until well coated. Serve immediately.
