- 1/3 cup Sriracha
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 4 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- Kosher salt and black pepper
- Heat oven to 425° F.
- Combine the Sriracha, honey, and molasses in a large bowl; set aside.
- Toss the chicken wings, oil, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper on 2 large rimmed baking sheets.
- Bake, tossing once, until crispy and cooked through, 35 to 40 minutes.
- Toss the wings with the glaze until well coated. Serve immediately.
