Crispy Garlic Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350º F. Cut 1 small loaf of French bread in half lengthwise.
  2. In a large skillet over low heat, combine 1/4 cup olive oil and 3 thinly sliced garlic cloves. Heat until the garlic is fragrant and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Brush the oil onto the bread, placing some garlic pieces on top. Place in oven and bake until crispy, about 10 minutes.
