Pan-Roasted Veal with Rosemary and Garlic

Ingredients

  1. Check 1 tablespoon salt
  2. Check 1 1/2 cups instant polenta
  3. Check 3/4 cup mascarpone or cream cheese
  4. Check 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, bring 4 1/2 cups of salted water to a boil. 
  2. Add the polenta in a slow, steady stream while stirring with a whisk or wooden spoon. Continue stirring for 30 seconds. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and keep covered for 5 more minutes. Stir in the cheeses. Cover until ready to serve.
