Ingredients

  1. Check 3/4cup whole milk
  2. Check 1/3cup halved pitted dates
  3. Check 1/2cup cup ice

Directions

  1. Place the milk and dates in a blender.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until the dates have softened, about 15 minutes.
  3. Add the ice and blend until smooth and frothy.
