Ingredients

  1. Check 1/2cup plain low-fat yogurt
  2. Check 1/4cup mayonnaise
  3. Check 1tablespoon cider vinegar
  4. Check 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  5. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  6. Check 1/2 bunch broccoli, finely chopped (3 cups)
  7. Check 1/2 apple, finely chopped
  8. Check 1/4cup dried cranberries
  9. Check 2tablespoons toasted pine nuts

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, shallot, ¾ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper. Add the broccoli, apple, cranberries, and pine nuts and toss to combine.
