Cream Cheese Syrup

In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in the milk and vanilla. (Add a bit more milk if you prefer a thinner syrup.) Drizzle over pancakes to serve.

  1. Check 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  2. Check 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  3. Check 5 tablespoons milk, plus more to taste
  4. Check 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
