Cranberry-Apple Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces canned tuna packed in water, drained
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 1/2 apple, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1 whole-wheat pita pocket
  • 1/4 cup sprouts

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the tuna, cranberries, apple, and mayonnaise.
  2. Cut the pita in half. Fill each half with the tuna salad and sprouts.
