Ingredients
- 3 ounces canned tuna packed in water, drained
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 1/2 apple, chopped
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1 whole-wheat pita pocket
- 1/4 cup sprouts
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the tuna, cranberries, apple, and mayonnaise.
- Cut the pita in half. Fill each half with the tuna salad and sprouts.
