Ingredients

  1. Check 3ounces canned tuna packed in water, drained
  2. Check 2tablespoons dried cranberries
  3. Check 1/2 apple, chopped
  4. Check 1teaspoon mayonnaise
  5. Check 1 whole-wheat pita pocket
  6. Check 1/4cup sprouts

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the tuna, cranberries, apple, and mayonnaise.
  2. Cut the pita in half. Fill each half with the tuna salad and sprouts.
