Ingredients

  1. Check 1tablespoon coconut oil
  2. Check 8ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped

Directions

  1. In a double boiler, or a medium heatproof bowl set over (not in) a saucepan of simmering water, melt the coconut oil.
  2. Add the chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Cool slightly before spooning over ice cream.
