- 1 pint Chinese takeout sesame noodles
- 1/2 of a 2 1/2-pound rotisserie chicken, meat shredded
- 1/2 seedless cucumber, cut into matchstick-size strips
- 1 bosc pear, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snow peas, cut on a diagonal (optional)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce (optional)
- In a large serving bowl, combine the noodles, chicken, cucumber, pear, snow peas, and soy sauce (if using); toss. Divide among individual plates.
