  3. Check 1/2 seedless cucumber, cut into matchstick-size strips
  4. Check 1 bosc pear, thinly sliced
  5. Check 1 cup snow peas, cut on a diagonal (optional)
  6. Check 1 1/2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce (optional)
