Coconut Milk Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 13.5-ounce can unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 ounce finely chopped or grated chocolate (preferably dark)

Directions

  1. Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan until hot but not boiling. Add the chocolate. Stir until completely melted. Serve hot.
