Ingredients

  1. Check 3 garlic cloves, peeled and coarsely chopped
  2. Check 2cups fresh cilantro, lightly packed
  3. Check 1/4cup olive oil
  4. Check 2tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  5. Check 2tablespoons lemon juice
  6. Check 1/2teaspoon salt
  7. Check 1/2teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Place the garlic and cilantro in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. With the processor running, slowly add the oils, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.
