Ingredients

  1. Check 2 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
  2. Check 2tablespoons fresh lime juice
  3. Check 2 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch dice
  4. Check 1/3cup finely chopped sweet onion
  5. Check 2tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  6. Check hot sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. Mash the avocados with a fork until chunky. 
  2. Stir in the lime juice, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and hot sauce, if using. Season to taste with salt and ground pepper.
  3. Serve at room temperature.
