Chopped Apple and Feta Salad

In a large bowl, combine watercress, green apple, orange juice, olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey, and mint and toss well. Break up the Feta into small pieces. Divide the salad among 4 plates and top each with some of the Feta, drizzle with additional honey, and top with freshly ground black pepper.

  2. Check 1 green apple, unpeeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  3. Check 1/4 cup orange juice
  4. Check 1 tablespoon olive oil
  5. Check 2 tablespoons honey
  6. Check 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  7. Check 4 ounces Feta
  8. Check freshly ground black pepper
