Chile Honey

Add honey and chiles to a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Warm honey until it is loose and runny, about 6 minutes, but do not allow it to come to a boil. Remove pan from heat and and let cool for 15-20 minutes. (This allows the flavor to deepen.) Discard chiles and transfer honey to a glass jar.

  2. Check 2-3 bird’s eye chiles, dried
