- 1/4 English cucumber, chopped
- 1/4 cup canned chickpeas, rinsed
- 2 tablespoons crumbled Feta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- black pepper
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 2 mini pitas
- 1/4 red bell pepper, sliced
Directions
- Toss the cucumber, chickpeas, and Feta with the oil, dill, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper. Serve with the hummus, mini pitas, and bell pepper.
