serving quick-cooking or old-fashioned rolled oats

grated extra-sharp Cheddar

paprika
kosher salt and black pepper

scallion, chopped

Directions

  1. Prepare the oats according to the package directions. Stir in the Cheddar and paprika; season with ⅛ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Top with the scallions.
