Ingredients

  • tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add the granulated and brown sugars and salt. Cook, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes. Stir in the cream and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
