Ingredients

  1. Check 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  2. Check 1/4cup granulated sugar
  3. Check 1/4cup light brown sugar
  4. Check 1/8teaspoon kosher salt
  5. Check 1/2cup heavy cream

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add the granulated and brown sugars and salt. Cook, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes. Stir in the cream and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
