- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped salted roasted pistachios

Make quick (and safe) work of cutting up your cantaloupe. Cut the ends off first, then stand the melon upright. Following the curve of the fruit and working from top to bottom, cut off the peel. Halve the cantaloupe, scoop out the seeds, and cut the fruit into pieces.
