- 1/2 vanilla bean
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 pound blackberries
- 4 cups balled cantaloupe (from 1/2 melon)
- vanilla ice cream

- Scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean and combine with olive oil, sugar, and salt. Toss with blackberries. Let sit for 10 min.
- Divide the berries and cantaloupe among 4 serving bowls.
- Top each serving with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with olive oil.
