Cajun Grilled Onions

Cajun grilled onions on a turkey burger

Ingredients

large onion, sliced into 1/2-inch-thick rounds

olive oil

teaspoons
Cajun or blackening spice mix

Directions

  1. Heat grill to medium-high. Brush both sides of the onion rounds with the olive oil and sprinkle with the Cajun mix. Grill until blackened and tender, 5 to 6 minutes per side.
