Ingredients

mayonnaise

grated Parmesan (1/2 ounce)

teaspoon
fresh lemon juice
1/2
teaspoon
Dijon mustard

small clove garlic, finely chopped
1
anchovy fillet, finely chopped (optional)
black pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, anchovy (if using), and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
