- 1 14-ounce bag frozen broccoli, thawed
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- kosher salt
- 1 5-ounce package pita chips
- Puree the broccoli, cottage cheese, and 1/8 teaspoon salt in a food processor until smooth. Serve with the pita chips.
If pressed for time, use packages of presliced vegetables found at most supermarkets.
