Ingredients

  • 1 14-ounce bag frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • kosher salt
  • 1 5-ounce package pita chips

Directions

  1. Puree the broccoli, cottage cheese, and 1/8 teaspoon salt in a food processor until smooth. Serve with the pita chips.
