  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • black pepper
  • 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled (1 cup)


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, sour cream, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
  2. Fold in the blue cheese.
