Blackened Catfish

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 4 6-ounce catfish fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Heat broiler. In a small bowl, combine the paprika, oregano, cayenne, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
- Place the fillets on a baking sheet. Lightly coat both sides with the oil, then rub with the spice mixture.
- Broil the fish until opaque throughout and slightly charred, 3 to 5 minutes per side.
