Ingredients

  • 5 cups blackberries (1 1/2 pounds)
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups granola
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350° F. In a medium bowl, toss together the blackberries, sugar, and salt. Transfer to a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
  2. In another medium bowl, using your hands, mix the granola with the butter until large clumps form; scatter over the blackberries. Bake until the blackberries are bubbling, 20 to 30 minutes.
