Ingredients

  1. Check 5cups blackberries (1 1/2 pounds)
  2. Check 1/4cup light brown sugar
  3. Check 1/4teaspoon kosher salt
  4. Check 2cups granola
  5. Check 4tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350° F. In a medium bowl, toss together the blackberries, sugar, and salt. Transfer to a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
  2. In another medium bowl, using your hands, mix the granola with the butter until large clumps form; scatter over the blackberries. Bake until the blackberries are bubbling, 20 to 30 minutes.
