Basil-Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup basil leaves, packed
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
- In a food processor, process the basil, garlic, salt, and lemon juice until smooth. With the motor running, slowly add the oil. Blend until combined.
- This delicious dressing goes especially well on our Treasure Hunt Pasta Salad.
