Ingredients

  1. Check 11 1/4-pound pork tenderloin, cut crosswise into 4 pieces
  2. Check 1/2cup barbecue sauce
  3. Check 1tablespoon cider vinegar
  4. Check 4 hamburger buns, split
  5. Check coleslaw, dill pickles, and potato chips for serving

Directions

  1. Place the pork, barbecue sauce, vinegar, and ¼ cup water in a medium saucepan and simmer, covered, until fork-tender, 18 to 20 minutes.
  2. Shred the meat and serve on buns with coleslaw, pickles, and potato chips.
