Ingredients
- 1 1 1/4-pound pork tenderloin, cut crosswise into 4 pieces
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- coleslaw, dill pickles, and potato chips for serving
Directions
- Place the pork, barbecue sauce, vinegar, and ¼ cup water in a medium saucepan and simmer, covered, until fork-tender, 18 to 20 minutes.
- Shred the meat and serve on buns with coleslaw, pickles, and potato chips.
