Ingredients

  2. Check 12ounces frozen sweet potato fries
  3. Check 2cups shredded cabbage
  4. Check 2 scallions, sliced
  5. Check 2tablespoons mayonnaise
  6. Check 1tablespoon cider vinegar
  7. Check 1/8teaspoon celery seed
  8. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  9. Check 2/3cup barbecue sauce
  10. Check 12 small soft dinner rolls, split

Directions

  1. Cook the meatballs according to the recipe directions. Meanwhile, prepare the sweet potato fries according to the package directions.
  2. Toss the cabbage and scallions with the mayonnaise, cider vinegar, and celery seed; season with ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper.
  3. Toss the meatballs with the barbecue sauce. Dividing evenly, top the rolls with the meatballs and slaw. Serve with the fries.
