Ingredients

rotisserie chicken, meat shredded (about 5 cups)
1 to 1 1/2

barbecue sauce
1/4

pickled jalapeños, roughly chopped (optional)

hamburger buns
potato chips (optional)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken, barbecue sauce, and jalapeños (if using).
  2. Divide the mixture evenly among the bottoms of the buns and sandwich with the tops. Serve with the potato chips (if using).
