Ingredients

  1. Check half a 12- to 14-ounce bag tortilla chips
  2. Check 2cups grated Cheddar
  3. Check 1 1/2cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  4. Check 1/3cup barbecue sauce
  5. Check 4 scallions, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450° F. On a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet, layer the chips, Cheddar, and chicken. Bake until the Cheddar is melted, 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Top with the barbecue sauce and scallions.
