Ingredients

  1. Check 1 box yellow cake mix
  2. Check 1 package Jell-O Instant Banana Cream Pudding & Pie Filling
  3. Check 1/2 cup water
  4. Check 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  5. Check 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  6. Check 4 eggs
  7. Check 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350° F.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well. Pour into 2 large or 4 small greased loaf pans.
  3. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. (For those allergic to nuts, this recipe can be made without the pecans.)
