Ingredients
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Directions
- In a shallow bowl, combine the vinegar, soy sauce, honey, scallions, and red pepper. Place 1½ to 2 pounds of steak in the marinade and let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or up to overnight.
