Ingredients
- 1 sesame bagel
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 2 small radishes, slivered
Directions
- Split and toast the bagel.
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the lemon juice, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
- Dividing evenly, spread the bagel halves with the avocado mixture and top with the radishes.
