Ingredients

  1. Check 1 sesame bagel
  2. Check 1/2 avocado
  3. Check 2teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  4. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  5. Check 2 small radishes, slivered

Directions

  1. Split and toast the bagel.
  2. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the lemon juice, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
  3. Dividing evenly, spread the bagel halves with the avocado mixture and top with the radishes.
