- 1 8-inch whole-wheat wrap
- 2 ounces Cheddar, grated (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 2 tablespoons pesto
- Top the wrap with the Cheddar, avocado, and carrot; season with ⅛ teaspoon each salt and pepper.
- Roll up the wrap and cut into pieces. Serve with the pesto for dipping.
