Ingredients

  1. Check 1 8-inch whole-wheat wrap
  2. Check 2ounces Cheddar, grated (1/2 cup)
  3. Check 1/4 avocado, sliced
  4. Check 1 carrot, shredded
  5. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  6. Check 2tablespoons pesto

Directions

  1. Top the wrap with the Cheddar, avocado, and carrot; season with ⅛ teaspoon each salt and pepper.
  2. Roll up the wrap and cut into pieces. Serve with the pesto for dipping.
