  1. Place 2 strips of bacon on each piece of focaccia and top with some asparagus.
  2. Stir the tarragon and orange zest into the vinaigrette; drizzle over the asparagus. Top with the chopped eggs.

Quick Tip

For perfect hard-cooked eggs, start with the eggs in a saucepan of cold water. Place the saucepan over high heat and bring to a boil. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 15 minutes. Drain the water. Tap the eggs on the side of the saucepan to crack the shells, then fill the pan with cold water. Let stand until the eggs are cool enough to handle.
