Ingredients

  1. Check 1 large bunch arugula (6 cups)
  2. Check 1 small fennel bulb, cored and very thinly sliced
  3. Check 4ounces raw green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 1⁄4 cups)
  4. Check 6 radishes, cut into wedges
  5. Check 6 to 8tablespoons Creamy Parmesan Dressing
  6. Check or bottled Caesar dressing

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, toss the arugula, fennel, green beans, and radishes with the dressing.
