Apricot Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- kosher salt
Directions
- In a small saucepan, over medium heat, heat the butter, sugar, corn syrup, and jam, stirring, for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Stir in the cream, vanilla, and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Cool slightly. Spoon over ice cream.
