- 2 slices whole-wheat cinnamon raisin bread
- 1/2 apple, sliced
- 2 slices Cheddar
- 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- Top the bread with the apple and cheese. Heat the butter in a medium nonstick skillet over low heat. Add the tartine and cook, covered, until the cheese is melted, 8 to 10 minutes Top with the cinnamon.
