Ingredients

  1. Check Blue layer:
  2. Check 1 cup frozen blueberries
  3. Check 1 cup ice
  4. Check juice from ½ orange (about ¼ cup)
  5. Check ¾ cup dry white wine, chilled
  6. Check 1 tablespoon brandy
  7. Check ½ tablespoon agave nectar
  8. Check 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  9. Check White layer:
  10. Check 1 cup frozen pineapple
  11. Check 1 cup ice
  12. Check ¾ cup dry white wine, chilled
  13. Check 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  14. Check Red layer:
  15. Check 2 cups frozen strawberries
  16. Check juice from ½ orange (about ¼ cup)
  17. Check ¾ cup dry white wine, chilled
  18. Check 1 tablespoon brandy
  19. Check ½ tablespoon agave nectar
  20. Check 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

Directions

  1. In a blender, puree the blue layer ingredients until smooth. Divide evenly among 3 or 4 glasses, depending on their size. Repeat process with the white and red layers, pouring each one carefully over the previous layer to prevent the colors from mixing. Serve immediately.
