Ashley Nell Tipton was the first Project Runway designer to win for a plus-size collection—and now she’s teaming up with JCPenney to bring her designs to stores across the country with her new line, Ashley Nell Tipton for Boutique+. The line is available in plus-sizes up to 30W and 5X, as part of the company’s private label full-figured brand, Boutique+, for which Tipton is also a brand ambassador.

The fall collection is inspired by 1950s fashion—that means box pleat skirts, sequined letter jackets, and cape-sleeved tops. It also features more modern looks like boyfriend tees, skinny jeans, and motorcycle vests. The line is budget-friendly, too, with prices ranging from $15.99 to $74.99. “Drawing inspiration from 1950s bombshells, I chose high waist pencil skirts and paired them with crop top blouses because I wanted to show how every body can rock this combination,” Tipton said in a press release. “Ultimately, the collection is about turning up the volume on your style as well as your confidence. I want women to wear these pieces and feel great about how they look.”

If you like the collection and want more, Tipton is also designing a holiday capsule collection that will hit stores on October 28. You can check out the new collection in 500 stores across the country and on jcpenney.com.
